They’re expensive, but I honestly love my kinu M47 classic. Built like a tank and very precise. Side note, I’d recommend getting a couple of spare piston seals. I have the M47 Classic and love it. I use it mostly for pour over (using their dedicated Pour Over Burr) but it makes a great espresso with the “original” one. It’s a lovely grinder, and built like a tank. I haven’t used a J Ultra, but the Kinu seems a lot more flexible if you want to switch things
