1st Build. Pure Price to Performance Goal. $1500.
This is pure price-performance. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Tqy6b2 9600X. At 1440p and above, you won’t need a more powerful CPU. Even then, an X3D is a better pick. On Amazon, it's $1000. But "gaming" drives are a scam; other drives will be just as fast. Get, e.g., the Klevv CRAS C910 for $550, and add a PS5-compatible heatsink like the Arctic M2 Pro, Thermalright TR-M.2 2280 Type A, or be quiet! MC1.

Just buy the 1tb Klevv CRAS C910 instead and save £10. Also, I can see your case is a full ATX case, are you bothered about a full ATX motherboard, or would you be happy with a Micro-ATX / Mini-ITX etc??
