T495 has better build quality, and slightly better stock display, but L14 G2, with Ryzen 5 5600U or 5 PRO 5650U, night and day more capable, flexible, and 2yrs newer than T495. Essentially, yes. L14 G2 AMD review, here. The trade off with the L14 is, its lower cost build materials create a bigger heavier unit, than its equivalent spec T14. In the size comparison section of that review, remove all but the L14 and T14 to compare their size and weight. Both use 1920x1080 16:9
