Gen 4-5 is backwards compatible with Gen 3. Looking into building my first pc, do these parts hold up?
Any decent Gen4 1TB NVMe is fine, you can look at Lexar NM790, WD Blue SN580 or Crucial P3 Plus. IMO you don’t need an expensive SSD, it’s smarter to keep more budget for the GPU at 1440p.
