All the Samsung TVs Ive had were slow and weird settings for an expensive tv. The LG C3 and C5 have been great for oled and picture especially for gaming at 120fps 4k.

Yeah I play on LG OLED C3 and it has lots of gaming related features like full Freesync Premium. There is no input lag at all that I can tell

I messed around with the visual settings and finally settled on Enhanced mode with the frame rate capped at 40 fps with V-synch disabled. Plays buttery smooth in my opinion and looks amazing as well with the PSSR upscaling that Enhanced mode offers. I am playing an a LG C3 65" OLED by the way.

While the cable may not really have a version, I'd still recommend first confirming the 'Video Output Information' in the PS5 settings to see if it's outputting at the full resolution, and if it is, stop there.
