Agree with above, wouldn't touch a Vizio at this point (FYI, I still own two older pre-covid Vizios). Covid seemed to gut whatever quality they had, and now they are bottom tier as far as reliability is concerned. LG, Sony, Samsung look to be the mainstream OEMs with the highest reliability. The LG

Help, parents went to electronic store for TV recommendation and I fear they might get scammed/ripped off
I do looked up OLEDs for myself some weeks ago as I considered it alongside a PS5 Pro for gaming, there OLED really pops imo. I was very interested in the LG B5 as "budget option" or the LG C5 as a step up. Both are below 1000€ here. They do watch a lot TV but just casual satellite tv. I don't know
