Do most people actually need a high end camera for streaming anymore?

Hell no I made partner with a Logitech c920 I bought at Sam’s Club on sale lol In my opinion, audio matters waaay more. Hell I’ll watch someone with a 720p resolution webcam and dim lighting as long as their mic is good If they got a $1,000 camera with amazing lighting and perfect color balance, but

New Cam girl

Logitech C920s is a good starter choice imo. Not super expensive, easy to set up, and it was enough for me across CB, SC, SM and Bonga. Good lighting matters more than people think so even a budget webcam can look clean if your room isn’t dark.

New to recording my music, would love advice

Well, one thing you could do is buy a Behringer Interface . With the Behringer connected to your PC via USB, any audio software can record with that setup. Now, covers on the other hand, if you're talking about doing a YouTube cover, you'll need at least one web cam. I highly suggest the Logitec C92

Switch to a better quality camera?

I used the logitech C920 for a while, then upgraded to the Brio, now use a DSLR camera. Guys might not be commenting but a lot wont stay in a room with a shitty camera. We had very few comments on quality but I think our streams continued success has been partially due to the improved quality (camer

Need a webcam for streaming, what's actually good under $100?

The c920 is still one of the best webcams under $100. It has built in light adjustment technology (called RightLight) which also eliminates graininess up to a certain dimness. It's why it works well for people with mediocre lighting, and it requires ZERO software - unlike a boatload of other webcams

Is a bad webcam better than none?

The Logitech C920 is a very good cheap camera. I have used it for my whole streaming career (even made it to partner) with no problems with it basically at all. And it is cheap. I think it is like 50USD maybe 70 but it is something that is "so old" that it goes on sale often.

Best webcam under 100$

ok so you don't need pro level gear to start streaming, budget webcams work great for getting started. key thingsto look for are 1080p minimum (720p looks grainy), 30fps is fine for talking, 60fps better for movement but not rlly a must + decent built in mic tho most streamers use separate mics anyw

how to screen record the game and yourself on twitch to stream?

you can do it with OBS, add a Game Capture source, then add your webcam as a Video Capture device and position it where you want, that’s basically the standard twitch setup. for affordable gear, a 24–27in 1080p 144hz monitor is usually the sweet spot, for webcam i’d look at logitech c920/c922 or raz

Is the Canon G7x Mark III good for Twitch Streaming?

Using a whole-ass $1,000 digital camera to stream is needlessly complicated, not really great for the camera itself, and almost certainly overkill for what you'll be doing with it. You can buy a C270 Logitech for like $15 and it'll be fine. Go up to the C920 if you really wanna be fancy.
