Drivers Problems with the Minisforum UM790 Pro
Why are you running a relatively expensive Minisforum UM790 Pro with only 16GB of RAM? If you can afford that unit, you can surely afford at least 32GB RAM to put inside of it. Are you set for 1400p or 4K resolution and you're running out of RAM for the GPU Driver to request?
