Two thoughts: If you're within 30 days (purchased in December), you can return the Flow for a refund. I can’t say I like how the app shows history as it’s not intuitive. The folks at Narwal should find whoever is responsible for the Roborock app and pay all they have to in order to hire him/her. The Roborock app is light years ahead of what I’m using with my Flow 2.
