Yes , I also bought my Narwal Flow 2 from Amazon and have the same problem. The robo vac description imply that cleaning solution should have been included. It is a known hole. The Beta testing group told Narwal they needed ro fix it. It was a hole for the Flow 1 too. It would be an easy upgrade.

I just got my flow 2, first narwal. Im comparing it to a saros 20 I also just got. I was commenting to myself on the design of the latch for the water tank, and how it seemed cheap and likely to not last as long as the roborock design. I think this was shipping damage, in your case.
