Should I return Narwal flow 2 get another Flagship or keep it?!
Yeah my flow lasted long enough to get through the 3 month return period. I finally got Narwal to send me a replacement but I have a feeling it is just going to give issues again after a few months based on what I am seeing from other people. I regret not going with Saros, I have a feeling I will be

Flow 2 side brush
It's not clear from the articles I've read. According to a Vacuum Wars article, "The track roller runs in reverse to create friction and uses 140°F water for mopping, an upgrade from the original Flow’s 113°F." But it's not clear if that includes onboard heating or if they just increased the dock he

Narwal Flow 2 flooded my kitchen on first setup… missing internal water line
I bought the Flow One with the water line connection, but it flooded multiple times, so I returned it. Narwal needs to figure out a better system for direct connect water lines. It was a great mopping/vacuum robot, and I was disappointed to send it back. This time, I got the Flow 2 without the water

Narwal Flow 2 - A Robot With Too Many Weaknesses?
Understood. You seemed to have a negative view on the flow, which you are entitled to. But it’s relative as none of these robot brands or models are perfect. For a roller, I liked the Roborock curve 2 flow and probably would’ve kept it if my thresholds weren’t an issue for it. Much better app and va

Mova V50 Carpets
My experience is just the opposite. I have medium to high pile carpets. I was using the Eufy Omni S1 Pro which is great at mopping but weak on carpets. None the less, the Eufy had no problem vacuuming the carpets, albeit with relatively poor pickup. Seeking an upgrade I tried the new Narwal Flow 2.

Narwal Flow 2 - A Robot With Too Many Weaknesses?
I told why the Flow 2 is not that accurate in navigation: Why go close to the wall when you can just drive past it? Why reach into corners when you can stop earlier? Why fully use the extendable brush? They are software issues. I newer told that the s1 or the Z60 is better. S1 had worse vacuuming pe

Narwal Flow 2 - A Robot With Too Many Weaknesses?
The Flow 2 is not a bad robot, I just shared my first impression. I also made another post with a second part, so feel free to check that out as well. In that post I also mentioned a negative experience related to hair. I hope that issue was only because the base station did not properly remove the

Flow 2 for ~40 days. What do you want to know?

Should I Upgrade? Freo Z Ultra to Flow 2
My house has tile flooring throughout and I have a Freo Z Ultra that I am happy with but I purchased a Flow 2 so I could have a Narwal on each floor instead of carrying the Free Z Ultra. My initial thoughts are, it’s not worth changing from a Freo Z Ultra. The base unit feels cheap and it has no han
