Hey, is it normal to play with this type of controller?

Listen, I've always played this game with a Switch Pro controller, but I never felt comfortable making combos and going into online battles, and then out of simple curiosity I connected my Gamecube controller And wow! It's incredibly comfortable to play with this. (Of course, you'll have to configur

Update October 2022: Fake Nintendo Switch Pro controllers are now almost identical to genuine versions

TLDR: Bought a Pro controller from eBay for RRP. It is the best Fake Pro controller I've seen and only realised it was fake after very very close inspection.

Recently bought a Limited Edition Smash Bros Switch Pro controller from eBay, for retail price £59.99. Seller had very good reviews and all f

Button layouts are so messed up on PC when using a Switch Pro controller.

The automatic layout (Type 1) works fine until you get into battles.

Game shows you need to press Y at the top, but Y is on the left. Opposite for X. Shows A at the bottom but it's on the right. Opposite for B.

This is real

Smash bros switch pro controller

Almost certain I bought a counterfeit switch pro controller. I'd like verification if anyone can though. I bought it on eBay for cheap, and I'm gonna try to get my money back. The d-pad feels like one single button, and the home, capture, +, and - buttons are all more loud and clicky than a usual on

Button-based alternative for the d-pad?

Most people think that the Nintendo Switch pro controller dpad is not good. Too easy to mis-input due to lack of a center pivot point. Also, OP seems to be asking about dpads that are not like the standard cross style, but I'm not sure.
