Nintendo Switch Pro controller on Nintendo Wii
A while back I wanted to get into emulating to play retro games on my CRT television. People really pushed me to go for the Wii (instead of the PS2) because Wii is just better at emulating retro games. Little did I know it would be such a hassle hooking up my favorite controller: my Nintendo Switch

Update October 2022: Fake Nintendo Switch Pro controllers are now almost identical to genuine versions
TLDR: Bought a Pro controller from eBay for RRP. It is the best Fake Pro controller I've seen and only realised it was fake after very very close inspection.
Recently bought a Limited Edition Smash Bros Switch Pro controller from eBay, for retail price £59.99. Seller had very good reviews and all f

8BitDo Controller first impressions
Today I received my Analogue 3D (in White, to California) and I was excited to try out the 8BitDo controller with it. The main thing I always check on a new controller is latency and connection; With that being said, this controller immediately showed major flaws in these 2 areas.

Steam controller gyro controls?
Are you using steam to launch games? Whenever I do that my switch pro controller needs to go in and be manually reselected. Not a great couch experience.

Has someone else finded that the Switch Pro Controller is not worth it??
After giving much though, I don't really have a reason to get a Pro Controller over 2 Joy-Cons, I thought that the Grip mode is good enough and that, aside of the D-pad and the fact that you can connect it to PC, there are more cons than pros (no pun intended) over getting it.

Hello,
