PSA. With the release of the xeno controller nintendo have redesigned the pro controller dpad.

Some people have mentioned here that the dpad on the xeno controller feels different to older pro controllers, so I opened up my xeno controller and an older one to take a look.

I found that nintendo have infact redesigned the dpad a little in the xeno controller.

The first difference, which I ho

Anyone else love that the Dualsense and Switch Pro controller are very slowly becoming more popular than Xbox controllers for PC players?

Like the de facto controller for PC gaming was Xbox controller back then. Only Xbox button prompts. Slowly, developers are adding PS and Switch button icons. Native gyro is becoming more adopted on PC, whether you have to plug in your Dualsense or it has steam input implementation, devs aren't cater

PSA: $20 8bitdo USB adapters are a great alternative to Switch Pro Controllers

Specially if you own multiple controllers from other systems (PS3, PS4, Wii U Pro, Xbox One). It lets you use any of them as a wired Switch Pro Controller.

The obvious tradeoffs are motion controls and screenshot button (except for PS4 controllers that still supports both). I’ve been using my Wii U

The 8bitdo Ultimate Controller is worth the money.

Recently picked this up as an early birthday gift for myself and this is on track to become THE best controller to use on the Nintendo Switch. I previously used both the Nintendo Pro Controller as well as the 8bitdo Pro 2 and each had their own pros and cons.

The Switch Pro controller is an excell

Step 1. Ensure that "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled in "Controller and Sensors" tab in Settings

Step 2. Use the bottom side USB Port. The top one does not work for som

Button-based alternative for the d-pad?

The reason why the Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons doesn’t have the normal traditional D-Pad is because the Joy-Cons are meant to be played with two people and so that’s why Nintendo decided to make the button-based D-Pad instead of making the normal traditional D-Pad If you really want to use the D-Pad th

Button-based alternative for the d-pad?

I mean to be honest the D-Pad isn’t really used that much in video games and the Joysticks are used way more in video games and so maybe that’s why the D-Pad on the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is not that good to me, I never had any problems with the D-Pad on my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and

Recommend me controllers for fighting games (especially D-pad)

Ok so, where I live, unfortunately I don't have any kind of store like to test the controllers out of the box before to make a purchase, so I would like to read opinions here before I make a move

Preferably a controller that doesn't have 6 buttons, I'm not comfortable with those, I like the classic
