My internet is fast but webpages aren't. I've tried everything.

yea, the PNY CS900 is actually a low quality cheap DRAMless SSD, so, it might actually be whats causing it. They are known to drop off terribly once they hit 50% full, and they have issues maintaining decent write speeds over long writes.

Need suggestions for new pc

I can, but the problem is its the pny cs900 ssd, only 240gb and runs around 500-550mb/s. Which is kinda slow in today's standard. Another problem is its my mom's old work laptop so idk if she wants to keep her documents on that storage lol

Yes an SSD depending on the model can be very efficient and in general they are I think you just need something with storage but I absolutely do not recommend the PNY CS900 it works well but is not great I recommend Western Digital or Curcial which are very good brands but I would still like to poin
