Pocketbook Era color after a week or so
I had the Pocketbook Verse and I ultimately came to the same conclusion. On paper? Everything seemed incredible. Seamless KOReader integration, opening books into its interface directly through library. Native Adobe DRM support for us Europeans who don’t have Overdrive/Libby option for local librari

What to buy if I wanted powerful but compact?
PocketBooks are fairly notorious for being slower in most things (other than page-turning, meaning it’s perfectly fine for many people) compared to other dedicated devices, and Verse Lite (which isn’t Android, to be clear, so no Moon Reader possible anyway!) is their cheapest / most “budget” device.

BOOX Go 6 vs PocketBook Verse vs Kobo Clara BW
Unfortunately, the quality control of the Pocketbook models can be a mixed bag. You can have a device with no issues or have one with issues. It’s wild. I’m glad to have purchased from Amazon as I could just get another one. I totally understand that! I was in your shoes but didn’t even know of Pock

Pocketbook verse freezing, restarting and reverting my progress on that reading session
Very likely a device issue, never had such problems with any of my PocketBooks. Just to be 100% sure, you could also test this specific epub on your InkPad (but if it is a legally obtained epub, the issue is very likely the Verse).

booting off / sleep mode on pocketbook verse
Don't overestimate the capabilities of PocketBook, no matter how simple something seems. Two examples to understand what I mean: The - what I call Libby-update - arrived around two month ago on my InkPad 4. It arrived last weak on my Era. PocketBook has for the most part 3 devices to manage: the Ver

Consulta Pocketbook
Verse Pro Color and Clara Color are very comparable. Obviously the PocketBook has the PocketBook software, and the Kobo has the Kobo. The PocketBook is a little bit slimmer, but the Clara is lighter, although some might feel this makes it feel cheap. The Clara has replacement parts available, the Po

Can I connect bluetooth keyboard to a cheap pocketbook device like verse pro, and use it as text editor?
You can connect a bluetooth keyboard to a PocketBook Verse Pro, but a cheap PocketBook like the PocketBook Verse Pro isn’t designed to work as a small writing device with a Bluetooth keyboard.

My pocketbook restarts when i use dictionary?
Solving problems is more of a persistance-thing. And often finding the right point to let the issue rest and let your brain connect the dots - which I am bad at, so finding the right spot 😂 So I know frustration very well ☺️ At this point I would recommend to sleep on it, so the issue about the Verse

Right reader for me
No, the Colors use the same screen. The Verse Pro is where the discrepancy arrives. I guess the question is for $35 are you willing to give up repairability and the Kobo software (the main advantage to PocketBook is it integrates KOReader better than Kobo if you like using that, but Kobo wins at pre
