Was I right to choose Polar and not Coros?

In my opinion, you made the right call. Other companies tempt people with lots of unnecessary options. I think Coros is one of the few that isn’t going in the wrong direction, but it’s a brand aimed more at runners. It’s cool, but I miss some of the Polar features. A few years ago, I owned the Polar

Garmin Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar (47 mm) or Polar Grit X2?

I had the Fenix 7 Pro and sold it for the Polar Grit X2 Pro. Reason: simplicity. Polar gives me exactly what I need without unnecessary features. The HRV/Orthostatic test with the H10 is accurate and useful for training decisions. With Garmin I always felt overwhelmed by functions I didn’t use. Also

Is the polar band still bad? (Help)

I have a decade of workout/race history in Flow and have never had a problem with losing any data. I purchased a Loop so I could continue tracking my daily activity and sleep patterns without having to wear a Polar watch 24/7, and am reasonably satisfied with the purchase. It definitely does not hav

Polar Street X or Vantage M3

Grit X2 is a better watch, unless you didn't need all the things it has, then you could have saved a bit.. and also design, if you prefer one over the other. Use this to compare both, I also added the best from last gen so you can compare as well. The street X is somewhere in between last gen higher

watch to replace my samsung watch 7 40mm

Most of the higher end models of Polar will give you the same metrics, so I would be looking across the vantage M3/V3, and the grit x2/pro. I have a Vantage M3 and the battery life gets me about 5 days of use (I use GPS most days, probably between 3-5 hours a week at least). The more expensive optio

Help me choose my first Sportwatch

Two weeks ago, I bought Polar Grit X2 Copper. I upgraded from V800, which I bought used in January. In the last year, I bought H10 (HRM) and Stride Sensor. I considered different brands: Polar, Garmin, Coros, Amazfit, and Suunto. I researched information about their watches, read their subs, and tri

Chinese ownership caused me to switch

I would have liked to buy a Polar grit x2 or a vantage M3, but I don't like the slightly too holistic approach whereby Polar overlaps step counting with other activities. I want a device that differentiates the tracking of individual activities. It's a shame because I really appreciate Polar's minim

watch to replace my samsung watch 7 40mm

Yea I think I dont need too much metrics its not like I am gonna be a pro athlete so I think polar or suunto will give me more then enough. M3 and grit x2 look interesting so I'll take a look at both of them. Garmin in that price point to me also looks like it was made more cheaply atleast in my cou

Polar grit x2 pro buy or wait for the next grit generation?

There haven't been any update to the firmware since august 2022. But im not sure it needs any. Personally im not experience bugs, restarts or anything else. Sync works great. If anything I really want to see polar doing more with Polar Flow, but I guess most users will benefit from that and not only

Best Polar Watch for my needs?

I have grit x2 pro and love it so much. I test for 2 weeks garmin fenix 7 pro, 8 pro, polar grit x2 and x2 pro for me totally winner! Garmin is cool, if you really pro athletic guy and live in the gym. All metrics and pre calibration feel like that. Also design, I found little bit not fit me at all.
