Looking for Best Health smartwatch ≤ 46mm under $500 – mainly gym, sleep, stress, recovery

Polar is considered among the better of mediocre bunch when it comes to sleep tracking and the recovery tools (orthostatic test, leg recovery test, nightly recharge) are state-of-the-art. Definitely better than Suunto and I'd wager better than Garmin as well (though there are more recovery-related f

I own a Polar Ignite 3 Titanium too, and yes, it’s designed exactly for what you described. I wear it day and night - it’s lightweight so it’s barely noticeable while sleeping. The M3 and the X2 are newer models with maps and navigation, so it may be worth the price.

Aktiivisuusranneke

polar ignite 3:selle suositus! hinta on kyl melko tyyris (~220€), mutta aivan mahtava hinta/laatusuhde. laajasti unen ja treenien seurantaa, tosta stressitasojen seuraamisesta en kyl osaa sanoa mitään.. kevyt, tyylikäs ja tosi käytännöllinen kello

Vantage v3, ignite 3 or garmin venu 3

This. Polar has great sleep and recovery but the only strength training feature is the stop-start guide which optimizes the rest period between sets, Garmin has more offerings here (how useful, don't know). From Polar offerings Ignite 3 has most everything you will need. Maybe tests offered by V3 co

The Heartfelt "End of an Era" and Call to Action

Gosh, I thought I was the only one with a Polar addiction problem 🤭 I also feel loyal to the brand, but hear you. I got an Ignite 3 recently (to help me through a marathon without worrying about battery issues (unlike my Apple Watch), but slightly does not deliver what I thought it would, and feel a

Nightly metrics reliability

I am currently using a Polar Pacer Pro. I had the same issue with an Ignite 3 previously. The Garmin I used as comparison was a Venu SQ Music. I would love for sleep tracking to work reliably on Polar, because overall I prefer their app and watches (yes, unlike many others, I find Polar Flow to be f

Polar vs Garmin watches (current Whoop user)

Had Garmin FR 45, 245, 255 & 165 and while the fitness monitoring was excellent the sleep tracking was pretty bad. Love sleep tracking on my Polar Ignite 3 and also its monitoring of activities. However, the Polar Flow app and website are outdated. All the information is on one or the other but the

Need help picking my first smartwatch

Polar does not support rep counting. For strength training there is only stop-start guide which optimises rest time between sets. Also no stress monitoring (besides nightly recharge which tells how recovered your body is, here Polar is state of the art) Polar excels in sleep and recovery, if you cho

Is Ignite 3 enough or should I go with Vantage M3/V3?

The ignite 3 has the old sensor and the M3/V3 has the new Elixir sensor which seems to be much better according to Polar and also reviews. That is, more accurate measurement

Polar fitness watch recommendations for women

I have ignite 3 and I love it! If I was rich, I would maybe get Vantage M3. Polar is nice and simple. I have tested (a bit) Garmin and Polar with wrist HR, they are pretty similar. Polar maybe doesn't take the highest point HR on intervals, but average HR was same as Garmin.
