I need a good recommendation for a mouse
The up side of the Razer Naga (corded, not pro) is it still has a plate for the Hex configuration, which is considerably more comfortable for normal mouse use than 12 button, and GW2 doesn't really need 12 button like WoW or its clones. Hex is also frequently a better fit for games in other genres t

FF XIV and hand pain
Yep! I used a Razer Naga that killed my hand. I pared back to a Logitech G502, still a gaming mouse, but i bind the easiest button to hit as the mod. I use two others for push to talk, jump, and have bound tab target to wheel click. My right thumb handles those and that hand has target + camera move

Disabled, 1–handed gamer wanting to play WoW again
You mention not being able to use a razer Naga but have you considered a razer tartarus? Instead of the mouse with buttons its more like half a keyboard with a wrist support and a thumb stick. Perfect for left handed only gaming

witcher 3 for disabled one handed gamer?
I’ve had a similar model of the Razer Naga series and the side buttons can be a bit difficult because of their size, I think with some practice though and maybe starting away from the 2 highest difficulties, you can make it work. I’m also not sure what the responsiveness is like which could have an

Also I recently changed them to the side buttons, I used to have them on normal keybinds that are way e

What does your naga mouse keybinds look like?
I ended up buying a naga. My hand hurt so bad. After several months no change pain continued. I went back to traditional mouse no pain. Many people that recommended the naga also sold me on the tartarus. OMFG did that thing cause soooo much pain. Maybe its not so much the button grid but the ergonom

Mmo mouse experiences?
The first time I replaced a Razer Naga mouse I switched from the Razer Naga (no replaceable side plates) to the Razer Naga Trinity (with replaceable side plates, I think this is the only version they make now) and it came with a beta "Synapse v3" (Synapse is Razer's mouse-customizer software). That
