Customer service A++

I also have nothing but good things to say about RingConn customer support and aftercare. I had a Gen 1, and after about a year, battery life fell off a cliff. Like from 5 days to a day and a half. I mentioned it here and they responded and asked me to contact them thru the app. After some logs and

Decision

I'm on my 3rd RingConn. Bought a Gen 1, battery life fell off a cliff about a year later. Contracted customer support, got a replacement Gen 1. That one lasted about 9 months before the battery just died, wouldn't charge or anything. Contacted CS again, got a Gen 2 Air. We'll see how that goes. At l

Ring Gen 1 Replacement.

Hello all how are you. Just a quick note to everyone here. My Gen 1 ring became faulty after about 1.5 years (battery running out in under 2 days) . So I notified Ringconn and they without issue replaced it with a Gen 2 air.

I am impressed this company has stood behind its brand and product. The

Red Light on Sensor will not Turn Off

I have had my RingConn Gen 2 Air for 2.5 months & the red light sensor is always on in the past few days. The ring still works & I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions in the manual but nothing works to turn the red sensor light off. I’m thinking about just letting the battery run out t

Buying ring from BJ’s

BJ’s wholesale is the only place I can find the gen 2 air on sale, I’ve heard it’s best to buy from Amazon but has anyone had any issues buying through BJ’s? I haven’t seen anyone talking about their experience, specifically with their warranty that I was going to purchase with the ring for battery

All my Ringconn v2's have a battery issue after 4-6 months

My Gen 2 Air lasted about 8 months before the battery gave out. RingConn replaced it under warranty and the replacement has gone for 4 months now and is still performing as good as new. I keep a log of every time I change my ring, so I know when it was charged, what the remaining charge was when it

Debating between Ultrahuman and RingConn 2. Which is better for female health tracking?

I’ve had UH for a year. Had 2 replacements cause of connectivity problems and I’m about to get a 3rd replacement cause the battery drains from fully charged to under 20% in 24 hours. I like their data insights in the app and the cycle tracking is quite accurate. I also like how it points the elevate

Worth it?

I bought a Gen 2. Air from RingConn on Amazon (from the RingConn store) just a year ago now. Late last November (at just 8 months old) the battery went bad. It would charge to 100%, then drain to 20-30% in just 12-14 hours. After some troubleshooting with their support, they sent me a replacement ri

battery life suckss

I got a Gen 2 Air ring a year ago, and it had similar battery problems as yours in August. I worked with support and they had me reset the ring, then charge it to 100% and leave it on the charger at least another 30-60 minutes. After doing that, my ring was back from 5 days per charge to 9 days 11 h

Hi friends, I bought a ring conn gen 2 air from an auction. It is still paired to the original owner. Ringconn said contact the auction, and I can mail it back but it will cost the same amount to mail it back as what I paid. Does anyone have a hack to unpair a Ringconn?

Have you tried a factory reset yet? https://youtu.be/omwIzL9Fao8?si=0xTjTdehPEQBtrzk This method should work for any Gen of RingConn. If trouble getting the behavior displayed, lift the ring off the charger five times in quick succession.
