Yes its unfair practices Yes you should file a complaint immediately. And yes I have had issues with being sold a faulty variant of the Samsung S90D oled tv. I recently had the ( misfortune ) of trying 2 of those tvs, the S90D and the C5, and I highly recommend buying the C5. ( both were 65" so the S90D had the QD Oled panel ) I had a lg C4 at home and wanted to buy a second tv after putting it in my bedroom. I bought the S90D and my experience was awful

I hate my Samsung TV too. A hair out of warranty and jt won’t power on. Samsung S90D. What a piece of garbage. Do yourselves a favor and buy LG only.

Got my 77 S90D March 2025. It just failed yesterday. Samsung is sending a tech out next week to fix it - unmounting then remounting it is going to be a pain, but I'm hoping they use the updated power supply board so I can enjoy the TV for a few more years...
