Have you also updated the buds to the latest build? If yes then downgrade the buds update using a pc with galaxy buds manager. You can refer this it helped me a lot. Probably this should fix your issue too and the downgrade also improves the sound balance as well as massive boosts th battery life. g

I have the Samsung Galaxy buds2pro earbuds and love them. The 3pro is just like the airpods and I didn't want that part sticking down. Noise canceling is great and so is battery life.

This is my second time buying them. They are nothing great tbh, just your standard bass-heavy and loud earbuds. It is not a super high-quality, elite, or audiophile-level music experience, but it is quite decent. First time around, I used it for some time, then passed it down to my brother who lost
