AMBEO Soundbar Max

For context, this is what my friend sees with the Ambeo Plus. Why does he see 12 channels and I see 10 even though I supposedly have the better soundbar?

The side firing and upfiring speaker level adjustment should have come to the Ambeo Plus and mini as well, seeing as those are the soundbars with the smaller drivers and could use that extra oomph to maximize their performance. Forgot to mention this that the sennheiser Ambeo soundbar (“max”) WiFi hotspot disappeared so it mist likely the bar Wi-Fi dead…. It’s another replacement not even 6 months…. I was told From sonova (they bought sennheiser hearing in 2023 id not mistaken) that because i would receives a brand new one
