Sennheiser is the worst company, do not buy its product.
I had same happened to me they used a third party to deliver an Ambeo soundbar « max » and got delivered a wrong item no numbers match nothing correctly… at first was offer that they pickup and do redelivered but someone from their head office just believed they did it perfectly and asked all group
