Best Office Chairs for Long Work Days that are Comfortable and Ergonomic?
Best ergonomic chairs within $500 budget widely chosen currently are Sihoo c300 and Hon 2.0. When I was suffering from pretty bad sciatica the Sihoo chair I had at work was a life saver. Great chair. Using an Hon now at home. Also good but the Sihoo is even better.

ergonomic gamer chair is what streamers don’t tell u about
If you want an ergonomic chair for gaming then you will have to disregard EVERY chair labeled "gaming chair". My current personal favorite is "Sihoo C300" its affordable and comfy.

I have a Sihoo and it's been so nice. It's the C300 model if I remember correctly.

Rate my setup
It’s the Sihoo Doro C300. Had it for just over a year and it’s super comfortable, perfect for me since I spend pretty much the whole day sitting there.

Sihoo Doro C300. been using it since 2023. I'm 6ft, 240lbs. No issues whatsoever. I even sleep on it lol

Generally $100 for a desk chair that is comfortable is too cheap. As the other commenter mentioned, finding a good deal on a used chair is your best bet. Herman Miller Aeron and Sihoo Doro C300 are good options

Herman miller : if you buy the extra it will be too expensive and prob get out of your budget Sihoo Doro C300 Pro V2 seems nice but I have Xallking (sihoo) X5Pro. Best ergonomic gaming chair currently available
Had mine for 6 months - the Sihoo Doro C300 is perfect for WFH and gaming. The adjustable headrest and armrests are super flexible, and after 10+ hour days I don't get the back pain I used to
