Hindi yan hype. You get what you pay for. Kung 10k naman pala ang max mo, dapat nag Sihoo M57 or Musso E600/Pro ka na agad. Malaki na agad yung difference.

If budget is not a problem you can go for sihoo. If medyo tight you can search for office buster on facebook. Mga surplus / 2nd hand office chair from japan yung binibenta nila.
