These headphones have a great battery life... that is, they would, if they were to have a reasonable automatic shut down. So long as Bluetooth is on on my phone, they do NOT turn off.

I recently bought a Wh-Ch520, but when I connect it to Bluetooth, it says it is connected/paired, but there's no sound. My device is Windows 10. I also tried factory resetting and reconnecting it, but that didn't work either. Also, the device is not connected in the control panel. Can anybody help?
