Life Q30

Apologies if any of these questions are stupid or redundant im very new to all this

I use these on both my computer (wired with peace eq) and my phone (bluetooth, tried soundID and kinda wavelet? Ill get to it) on both devices whenever i try to apply any sort of eq settings the audio sounds extreme

What kind of equalizer settings do you have atm? I went from Bluetooth to wired only which helped in latency understandably, but the equalizer settings with APO aren't very good although I looked up some guides here. Might be the headphones (Anker Soundcore Q30), but directionality is a hit 'n miss.

Soundcore Life Q30 works perfectly under Windows. For example, when I play a YouTube video in the browser, it works perfectly. It also works when recording via the microphone in the Windows Sound Recorder.

I'm using the soundcore life Q30 and whenever I try to play a game or music and then discord at the same time it prioritizes discord and kills the sound and quality on the other apps I'm listening to. Is this my computers fault or a feature of the head phones?
