My earbud was on my pocket it fell and the headphones fell out of it left one works fine right ear just doesnt connect it doesnt give a sound when i touch it but when i resetted or taking it out of the charger i could hear a sound but couldnt connect it maybe its out of battery no idea

Ok, so, like a month ago my friend gifted me a pair of soundcore p20i. Sometimes i sleep with my earbuds on while listening to White sounds and stuff like that. One morning after i reconnected the p20i to my phone i realized The right earbud sounded much lower, almost imperceptible. Can someone help
