Recently purchased Q20i headphones. They worked fine, but the LED illuminates blue when first connecting to USB device, then it goes out. So there is no indication that the headphones are on. I thought this may be by design, but I've seen reviews of these same headphones and that LED is illuminated.

The title says it all. When I connect my Q20i to my laptop and try to get audio from my computer, I can hear the first split second of audio and then it goes silent. The headphones then disconnect from the computer entirely and then automatically reconnect about 30 seconds later. This does not happe
