when i first got my Arctis Pro wireless i had the same crackling and it drove me crazy. turned out the USB port on my PS5 wasn't delivering clean power consistently. grabbing a powered USB hub between the console and headset dongle fixed it completely. also if you have the optical version the TOSLIN
