Vertical 2 - Nice watch but..
My feelings with the Race 2 and Suunto in general (I own a Solar Vertical also) I sent back the Race 2 for pretty much the same reasons as you stated but I’ll also list a couple of issues I can’t stand anymore. Sleep tracking is garbage on the Race 2 the watch picked up multiple 7 hour sleeps and re

Coros v suunto
Suunto pros: - Suunto industrial design, UI design, screen quality, and build quality is ridiculously good.- Native support for pace, power, and HR zones. (Coros is cagey about power.) But I'd hedge this by saying Coros HR/Pace zones and fitness estimates are better. Suunto is a bit of a chore to ma

Suunto vs Coros ui/ux.
I have the race 2 and the pace pro and disagree. my race 2 feels choppy even after updating and the bezel scroll feels laggy compared to the pace pro. The pace pro is extremely smooth and easy to use and the experience has never failed me compared to the race2. I think the better comparison is the e

Race 2 keeps rebooting mid-run
Thanks for this tip! I have a brand new Race 2 Titanium (less than a week old) and the exact same thing happened to me. It crashed during only my second run with the watch, right during the initial warm-up phase. I had a competitive half-marathon yesterday and was stressing out about the reliabilit

Suunto Race 2 short review after 1 month
Has any recent firmware improved the HR sensors at all? I've been looking at the Race 2 or Vert 2, coming from a Garmin Instinct Crossover, but I've read the sensors on the Suunto's arent very good in comparison.

Tips hardloophorloge

Suunto race 2 (considering Coros Apex 4 or Garmin 970)
The Coros app is solid overall, though it lacks some of the metrics that Garmin offers. However, I prefer its interface for viewing activity details. Syncing maps from Strava to Garmin, Coros, and Suunto worked reasonably well across all three platforms. Garmin Connect handled this the most seamless

Use of two watches at the same time ?
You're describing me. I use my Fitbit pixel watch for day today and sleep My race 2 is basically a activity device. I did a month with race 2 and pixel watch daily dual driving lol as ridiculous as I looked, pixel watch just smokes Suunto on day to day HR and sleep tracking. I wish my Fitbit data wo

Daytime heart rate after update
I’m currently testing the Suunto Race 2 and the Garmin Venu 4 (trying to move away from the AWU3). I’ve done four runs with both the Suunto and the Garmin so far. On one of the runs three days ago, the Suunto just stayed between 100–110 bpm the whole time—only taking it off fixed the issue. Top: Suu
