Building a PC budget is up to $3k USD

The motherboard is very expensive for no benefit, while you won't need Windows Pro for your purposes. Suggestions below that improve performance with a 5080 plus provide better airflow for $200 less. CPU Cooler: Much less expensive 360mm AIO with aRGB. It's overkill for the 9800X3D, but helps fill o

Is there any difference between these SSDs

Both Orico drives use random flash chips, including QLC flash. Avoid them. (Also avoid the Kingston NV3, Crucial P3 Plus/P310, or any Silicon Power for the same reason.) The difference between the 990 EVO Plus and the G70 Pro is that the latter has DRAM cache. They have the same price because of the

This a good pc build?

A few comments: 64GB of RAM is more than needed for gaming, plus the specs are not good (6000mhz CL30 is the ideal). More RAM typically won't help, while worse specs will have an effect. The 7800X3D is a very low power draw CPU (one of the lowest under gaming loads), so a 360mm AIO is unnecessary. N

my first pc build

Select the correct country in PCPP, and link to the list. Replace the NV3 with a better drive like the Timetec 35TTFP6PCIE, TeamGroup MP33 Pro, Patriot P400 Lite, or TeamGroup G70 Pro.

Deep learning and other personal projects build, 6000 CAD

This would be my recommendation for your build. Some Notes: I would highly recommend using the 4TB as your main form of storage as HDDs are much slower. If you do need tons of storage, I recommend building a separate NAS with the remaining storage. If your budget can accommodate it, running an 4090

Rate my PcPartPicker List/ Find any problems Thanks

A few thoughts: The 7600 is too expensive, considering the 7600X and 9600X both currently cost less while outperforming it (if by only a little). You’re spending a lot on the cooler, which could be put towards more powerful components like the GPU. Case is also expensive (though I’m assuming you lik

Yes. This would be far far better than your original list.
