honestly go with the UniFi Express 7. brick walls kill consumer routers, but unifi handles interference better and the express 7 has enough cpu for 20+ devices with gaming traffic. tplink be550 is fine for simpler setups but unifi's qos and device management are way better when your mom's netflix wa
