Home security for rural areas

The Ubiquity Unify system, such as with the G5 bullet cameras (I just bough these and used them to replace my old AmCrest system) can be used without WiFi. They’re PoE so you have to wire them all to a Ubiquity wired console/controller that’s then wired to a laptop but then you won’t need WiFi So, I

G3 Intercom as a security camera?

Game camera????

kinda fun to catch wildlife on camera. for night stuff the G5 Pro has really solid infrared and you can add the enhancer for more range. the G5 Bullet works too but the pro handles wooded areas better. i’d put them on a separate vlan so you don't flood your cabin wifi with constant motion alerts.

Ubiquiti for medium-sized companies?

We are a medium-sized company, with around 300 employees, 100 machines, and 4 units in different locations. In this new unit, we focused 100% on Ubiquiti, except for storage, which is obtained with a Windows Server File Server. We used a Fortigate 40f, and we had no problems purchasing everything. T

Are there any wireless cameras that work only on my WiFi? No subscription, no "sign up", etc....

Ubiquiti has a good option, but you will need one of the gateways that supports the protect application. Cloud gateway max. (199) Optional SSD storage (+80, for 512gb) [ i would recommend more] And 3 g4 instant cameras (3 x 99) The instant cameras can use wifi. there is also a be
