Steam Deck OLED 1TB

hey OP this is important. i bought a refurbished deck a couple years ago, and it would occasionally die like that and i would rescue it by rebuilding the bios. eventually it stopped being recoverable with a bios rebuild. i bought a bios flashing tool and dumped the bios and used a 'box fresh' bios.

Like the other person said OLEDs burn in a lot easier than an LCD, you gotta be careful. They could end up with the steam logo permanently there while they're trying to use the deck, would really suck.

Calling someone an idiot for using a built in mic is a bit much, it's a convenience feature plenty of people use. I can compare comfort because I own a steam deck oled which uses the same materials and has the same creaking issue many owners report. Enjoy your controller though.

Unfortunately I have a toddler so any type of console or pc gaming is crushed at the moment lol and Ally Z1E is definitely a fair trade for a steam deck oled. I personally like the ally because of the thinness of it but got rid of mine years ago due to a broken SD card port and not having the sleep/
