Is Tab Ultra C Pro due to an updated version in 2026 ?
I don't like any kind of screen texture and this seems to be the norm on their Note series.I returned two e-ink devices because of unsharp text caused by screen texture (Supernote Manta and Viwoods AiPaper Mini). For me, the eye soothing effect of e-ink is partially due to the very crisp text, much

Latest Update
This is positive to hear. I returned my Viwoods AI Paper Mini because it just wasn't good for my left handed hook writing style. I'd love to get one of these to try and maybe even review. I'm waiting on this hoping that the Carta 1300 will also provide that closer pen to screen feel.

Offline Dictionary
Thanks for the tip. But the feature of an offline dictionary came bundled with the device in its native reader in Kindle. The simplicity of it was just fantastic - you just press on a word and it pops up the definition of the word in a modal window, without leaving the reading app. Very good to main

Help me end my analysis paralysis: Nomad vs. Move vs. Vwood Mini?
I have all of these. I personally enjoy my Nomad most. The lack of a front light is sometimes a bit annoying, but the screen is great in any situation where normal paper can be used. I only really miss a front light late at night when my wife wants me to turn out all the lights in the room. The Supe

Disappointing screen quality
I don't have the Reader, but I have the Mini and the screen contrast and clarity is noticeably inferior to my old Kindle Paperwhite Gen 7, even though the screen is whiter. The big Aipaper is a different story: it has the whitest screen of any e-ink tablet, and the contrast and clarity is about the

Ereader for Viz app
I wanted an ereader to use viz too, haven’t used viz since I discovered mihon. I use a boox go7 bw and I can’t recommend it enough. I was afraid the size wouldn’t be big enough so first I tried a viwoods aipaper mini but ultimately it didn’t suit my needs. Using viz on the boox is ok but mihon makes

AiPaper Mini display vs. 10.3" AiPaper and Reader?
For me the Mini has too much texture applied to the screen, for that scratchier feel when writing. It affects the sharpness, so I couldn't get used to it. Reading was tiresome, especially with frontlight on, which was diffused by the texture making text even more unsharp. I'm reading with a normal 1

Any modern displays as white as the Kindle Voyage?
Ho disappointing that Viwoods used this overcooked screen texture for a device purely made for reading. Exactly the reason I returned my AiPaper Mini (8.2") after only three days.

Paper Reader – My Thoughts
Thanks for this. I’m waiting for the colour reader. I have the AiPaper Mini for writing but it just doesn’t do it for me. I’ve found it hard to move from Remarkable and now the Move. The writing is easy and smooth, the syncing is easy. The Notebook filing system is easy whereas Viwoods is a confusin
