Sound like you are on the free plan and as far as I know, P2P is disabled on their free servers now. I don't want to worry you but maybe the traffic didn't go through Windscribe. You should bind your VPN to your torrent client to make sure it doesn't leak.

Same problem here. In so many years Windscribe Firefox extension + Windows client i never had this.Started recently and happens every 20 minutes or so.

I can operate Tailscale for my internal network machines though (at my office and not with me), just not routed traffic through an exit node, would they know? I can run Tor fine to get around blocked sites. I could not connect NordVPN obfuscated or Windscribe stealth.

I've been using windscribe for years and this is a constant issue for me as well all of a sudden. No issues for years and now every time I use it I get this error after only a couple minutes of inactivity.

+1... Something has been borked recently, because it has never acted up before. Now it fails every 20 minute or so. From debug log: It spams auth_required -> returning creds x50 times.
