Okay, I'll just assume it's my ScanWatch gathering up stats and feeding some approximation of those stats to the SoulCycle app through Apple Health, which it looks like my ScanWatch is linked up to. I noticed that the stats on Apple Health, Withings app, and SoulCycle app are all different.
