After a little more research it doesn't seem like it changes it on the watch anyways. Sad cause I just ordered a mi band 10 before I knew that it wouldn't be imperial units. I wanted it mainly to track heart rate anyways since it's always above 100. Guess I'll have to learn metric as well.
