Is it time to buy Google FitBit Air?

I already have something like this with my Mi Band 10. I built my own personal digital health system using my daily activity as the data source, and honestly it’s way more useful than I expected. I use Apple Shortcuts and Scriptable to automate how I pull and organize my health metrics: sleep, steps

Why I Decided to Return My Xiaomi Mi Band 10 After Being So Excited for It

The Mi Band 10s heart rate tracker is almost as good as an ECG chest strap. And, as others have stated, you're burning calories 24/7. Your brain accounts for something like 20% of your bodies calory use. So, chances are it's the Samsung that's way off on both metrics. Can't comment on the UI tho, as

I argue with you. You are likely comparing a ping-pong ball to a football. What do you expect at lesser cost than 40$? Apple watches are very accurate but come at cost of high prices. And one thing you stated that newer bands after band 5 are inaccurate I disagree with your statement. I owned mi ban

Why I Decided to Return My Xiaomi Mi Band 10 After Being So Excited for It

i personally love my mi band 10 and as you mentioned calorie count if you dont know even if you are not doing anything by measuring your heart rate it predicts how much calories you are burning and as you mentioned about heart rate i use my watch for everyday running its not precise but it is quite

Mi Band 10 vs Apple Watch Ultra 2 - why am I using Mi Band 10 more than the AWU2?!

I have multiple watches. Galaxy Watch is amazing, powerful and it has plenty of functionality and sensors but 2-3 days of battery life is ass. I also have the OG Pebble Time which has amazing battery life but not great sensors. I ended up using the Mi Band 10, it is light, battery lasts 14 days, it

Huawei band 10 VS Mi band 10

Huawei band 10 wins in: 1-Having HRV 2-Have emotional Wellbeing (with animated panda watchface that changes with Your Mood). 3-sleek design and 2mm Thinner than Mi band 10. 4-has Botton on side. 5-great if u have a huawei or ios phone, but not recommend for other brand phones, because Features Decre

They are similar but i think mi band is a bit better. Here is a copied comment from a post with the same question: Huawei band 10 wins in: 1-Having HRV 2-Have emotional Wellbeing (with animated panda watchface that changes with Your Mood). 3-sleek design and 2mm Thinner than Mi band 10. 4-has Botton

Why I Decided to Return My Xiaomi Mi Band 10 After Being So Excited for It

Heart Rate wise, Mi Band 10 is actually way better than Fit 3. Also note that Mi Band shows both Active Calories & Resting calories combined so yeah, you have to view the Active seperately in the Mi Fitness App.

I like that it’s slim. I don’t like a bulky thing on my wrist. It’s a watch, it’s a decent step counter and heart rate tracker from my limited testing. I also kind like that the app is pretty simple. Mi band 10 for me was the perfect device at a really reasonable price. So it was a win.

Built a no-wearable sleep monitor for my grandma after she refused to wear bracelet!

The sensor uses 60 GHz mmWave radar. At that frequency, the wavelength is about 5 mm, which allows very sensitive phase-based distance measurements. For heart rate it measures tiny changes in distance caused by chest micro-movements. The reflected signal’s phase shifts when the chest moves, and even
