Honest review of the Beast from someone who loves Viture products so much that I have two other pairs
I'll share some background on my experience. I was super hyped for the Viture Beast. As a loyal Pro XR user, I couldn't wait to see those prism lenses and large FOV in action. I waited a little over two months for the Large beast. I went for the large because my IPD is between 67-68. While the build

Viture Beast vs One Pro vs Air 4 Pro side-by-sid. My verdict after 3 days each.
Not that person but, birdbath lenses give better clarity in general. Also using the latest Sony panel is better. So the luma ultra if you can run 6dof software on your work machine, probably the Xreal 1s if you can't run software so that you can still have built in 3dof. Also a lot of people are wai

Steam Deck on 100+ inch "screen"
I recently picked up some Xreal 1s glasses to get the big screen experience without the hassle of setting up projector spaces. Also means you can have the big screen experience anywhere. The 3d mode is pretty awesome too albeit limited to 30fps at the moment. Big screen gaming is great fun although

Viture Beast vs One Pro vs Air 4 Pro side-by-sid. My verdict after 3 days each.
I have the Luma pro, beast and recently got the xreal 1s. Both vitures are going to be sold, not because the xreal produces better colors or image but because the built in software is miles ahead for my use case, I do not want to have an external software to adjust settings and views and so on and t

Are Beast issues temporary?
Xreal did 3dof on a glasses chip first. It's expected that it would be more stable. Since they own the chip they are also now updating it to do 2D to 3D on the glasses chip. Their new 1s also advertises 240hz refresh I think? Those things are pretty cool. From what I researched, Viture may be "late

Anyone gaming with AR glasses on the LGo2?
Tested with xreal 1S, it's fine. Since the glass lacks VRR, the experience is not as smooth as on the screen when the fps varies

Honest review of the Beast from someone who loves Viture products so much that I have two other pairs
I haven't tried the Xreal One Pro yet, unfortunately. I would like to. From what I have heard and read, the prism lenses on the one pros have the same issue with edge blur and unreadable text. Although many folks say it's not as bad as the beast. The Xreal 1s has the same X1 chip as the one pro, and

How well does the rog nuc play Marathon?
I mean what NUC do you have. There are tons of them. The game is pretty CPU intensive over GPU intensive so you don’t need the strongest graphics card. As another commenter pointed out the Xbox Ally X actually runs the game really good. I have one and it runs at a steady 60fps and i run it off a hot

My travel / desk setup
Just get Xreal One Pro or 1S. An OLED 120hz screen that fits in a glasses case and works flawlessly. The only disadvantage is that they are $400-600

Theater mode games in 3D?
I hope Valve is encouraging devs to add native stereo 3D support to their games. Otherwise, I have Xreal 1S glasses, that have Real3D function. It’s AI conversion of everything on screen in 3D (yes, videos, photos and games) and it’s surprisingly good. Not perfect, of course. There’re still wrong de
