Virtue Beast for productivity

I use my glasses for productivity. Here are the big things to consider. Resolution on all models is 1080p (1200p is just taller). This may not be good enough for you. Birdbath vs prism lenses. I think birdbath is clearer but prism is clear for some people. Software support. There are a few models, X

Thoughts on the Beast?

I ordered the Ultras and realized it's only one size. So I ordered the Beast as well. I absolutely love my pros, and I have had them since launch, but because of my IDP, I couldn't fully enjoy them. So I picked up the XReal One Pros with the 3dof, and it is a very nice pair of glasses. The image is

Looking for headset

XR glasses such as the Viture Luma Ultra, Viture Beast, XREAL One Pro, and upcoming XREAL Aura with a larger field of view are very light, bright, and sharp but aren’t immersive. The Quest 3 is the best cheap headset and you can save money by buying refurbished or used. The Quest 3S is even cheaper

Using smart glasses as a display connected to smartphone(client) streaming from Desktop(host)

I've done this with the Xreal One Pro, using my phone as the client and also the Steam Deck. It is much better than the Steam Deck LCD display. I had to dial in the distance and size to get it comfortable, as if it is too large or close inside the XR glasses, the edges can get cut off. It can get a

Everyday carry items with my Z Fold 7 that all fit in my pocket at work and on the go v.s set up with DEX at home for some light gaming.

Yea I hope Aura makes the difference (Xreal one pro user to). Btw I have an air mouse /controller/small keyboard and touch pad with backlit....very comfy on the go ...not for professional work!

Beam Pro vs INAIR Pod

I have both and I love the Beam pro for simple use like watching movies through Netflix, Youtube, etc. Just the experience with it is better in my opinion. I am honestly not doing anything on the Beam Pro where I feel like it's antiquated software/hardware. It's just nice to have a device that is no

Are AR glasses good with the RXAX?

Last week, I got a pair of XReal One Pro glasses to use with my XAX. They are not perfect - I am experiencing some issues with text clarity, but that is probably more to do with my pupil distance than the glasses. Still, I think AR glasses and a handheld are a match made in heaven, especially for an

To Goovis or not to Goovis

I ended up buying the G3 Max. I already have an Xreal One Pro, which I love. I was looking for something a little more immersive for movies and series that I like. It really does up the game for video viewing. A much bigger screen and it blocks ambient light well. Most reviews talk about how bad the

ROG XREAL R1 Gaming AR Glasses - Initial Thoughts

I find the image quality to be quite high. I have the One Pros as well and they are virtually identical. Text is a little blurry but still passable. I find that the 21 x 9 resolution works the best. I notice a bit fo fringing, but I think that is the product of having the wrong size. I keep the scre

XReal One Pro Now or Wait for Project Aura?

I have an Xreal One Pro that are -not- VR, so this is in the wrong sub entirely. I use them as a face-monitor to do mobile work when I'm constantly on call, sourced from my windows handheld or Galaxy phone. I love how portable they are for the size screen you get - but they don't work for everyone's
