MY CURRENT MIX: Please give constructive criticism!
I recommend that try to kick up about $230.00 and get a pair of the Yamaha HS3 of HS4 ($245.00). Guitar Center current have used for $165.). Don’t let these little speakers fool you. They can get pretty loud if needed. Loudness is not what you need to achieve a good mix especially if your room isn’t

Finally got an Aeron for my Mac Setup
Yeah these are the Yamaha hs3. The smallest in the lineup. I started with 8’s then had 5’s and now the 3’s which save so much desk space and still sound really good. You could definitely still use them for hobbyist music production or for demo work.

Thank you. The design was done jointly with an audio professional. did you notice a big difference in sound quality with this cabinet? Can i use a subwoofer with a guitar amplifier?
i think a lot of people are missing that you're using this system for playback, casual music listening. no it's not going to sound great or full range, but yeah i mean you can connect things up and it will all make sound personally tho since it's the holiday season i'd just look around for whatever

Why do my vocals always sound too crisp/bright in the mix?
You were better off getting monitors first. It’s going to take time to learn your headphones. Head phones are good for portability, prevent disturbance and as an additional to monitor. For the money I recommend Yamaha HS3 or HS4. These little monitors will surprise you. I got them because I felt the

Bluetooth for serious monitoring should be placed as “no other choice.” Get the HS3s. I have Rokit 8s plus the sub, Yamaha HS3s, SennHeiser HD380 Pro, AirPods Pro & wired Air Pods. The HS3 is the monitor I use & trust to process and mix my tracks. They are going for $230.00 on Amazon. Guitar Center

Music production begginer
It’s best to invest in monitors. You can use your headphones for writing, creating, recording and setup a mix. Your headphones are sonically enhanced to sell especially at the low frequency end. Chances are when monitoring with them the mix may sound thin due to translation of the low mid & bass fre

Trash or no?
Get someone to get you the Yamaha HS3 or the HS4 for Christmas. For around $230.00 you get 2 speakers. Don’t let the size & the price of these speakers fool you. Trust me your mixes will sound better. I have purchased these speakers so I could hear the low mids to the high frequencies. Bigger speake

Trash or no?
I have tested Yamaha HS3 & HS4. Don’t let these little speakers fool you. I got them because I use to have the legendary NS10s. All the major has studios has them to this day. There no longer available. I didn’t like them because they lacked bass. I would have visually look at the woofer’s movement
