8bitdo is an unreliable company and if you're thinking of buying one of their controllers to use with your Switch/Switch 2, just buy a Nintendo controller.

I own 5 products 8bitDo products. Personally I’ve had no issues with their controllers except the SN30 Pro’s analog stick rubber kinda breaking apart. The no wake-up is definitely a bummer too.

8BitDo M30 Bluetooth just got a firmware update for Switch 2 compatibility!

If they don’t update the SN30 Pro+, I’ll never buy another 8BitDo controller again

SNES controllers in stock

i'd say the 8bitdo ones and the official ones have a similar build quality, except the shoulder buttons i find to be better on the 8bitdo, the nso ones are strangely clacky. i don't have an original snes controller to compare it to, but i feel like the 8bitdo's shoulder buttons are more like what i

Trying to decide on whether to pul the trigger on the Analogue 3D

I love my A3D paired with my EverDrive and the 8bitdo 64 controllers. Yes, it’s plug and play 8bitdo 64 bluetooth controllers are great! They stay in sync, can power on the A3D, and you can toggle between rumble and virtual save pak. I’d stick with 64 style controllers. The sn30 pro and Xbox one con

Disappointed with d-pad on Pro 2 for Xbox.

SN30, Pro 2 and Pro 2 Xbox dpads were always bad. Stiff, with bad diagonals, just very generic membrane dpad. No wonder 8bitdo redesigned it like 2 or 3 times with every new revision and model. I can only imagine one type of gamers who consider it "great" - people who used to mash and press their dp

1 month anniversary owning a switch 2 and wondering if the pro controller is worth it?

.....I have the pro controller for the switch 1, 2 8bitdo sn30 pro's a gen 1 and 2, and a PowerA pro controller....I can't bring myself to justify the purchase but I have slowly grown to HATE the ZR/ZL-R2/L2 triggers on the SN30Pros, as full travel triggers are useless for basically all switch games

Recently plugged this back in starting to play it again!

You're welcome. This controller also works: 8BitDo SN30 Pro Bluetooth gamepad I just preferred the look of the genuine Nintendo controllers.

Best bluetooth controller to use with Steam Deck while docked?

Also using 8bitdo Ultimate 2. Works very well on both PC (via dongle and dock) and Steam Deck (via Bluetooth). Lots of buttons. I’ve had an easier time with the Ultimate 2 than the SN30 Pro, which seems more finicky or forgets what mode it was in.

8bitdo SN30 pro xbox

Yes, I have this issue as well on MacOS Tahoe. This controller is really frustrating. The controller works well on iOS and SteamOS, but not on Mac. The regular SN30 Pro works much better. The SN30 Pro for Android and Xbox Cloud Gaming or whatever its called only has one connection mode. Its D-Input
