8BitDo Ultimate 2C. It's about 30 USD and honestly very good value with Hall effect sticks and button feel. I prefer the D-pad to both the Pro 1 and Pro 2 controllers, if that's something that matters to you.

This is a reminder to check your stick
One big difference in stickdrift/jittering if you get a controller with a hall effect sensor. It has a whole different working principle compared to normal ones. как по мне, самый приятный это дуалсенс. приятный тактильно, сборка ощущается монолитной и надёжной. правда, весь кайф его вибраций/тактильных эффектов в основном только на пс, на пк вроде пара игр с поддержкой есть но я не проверял. хбох и 8bitdo ultimate 2c немного хуже, в основном из-за вибрации

I just picked up the 8bitdo ultimate 2c wireless off Amazon for like... 40 bucks CAD. SO FAR I'm extremely impressed with it.
