Brand-new AW3423DWF arrived broken. 14 days of support hell in India. No replacement, no refund.
Yeah, Dell Support is some kind of the joke. They only send refurbished hardware. I got my Dell AW3423DWF burned in. First replacement also had burn ins!!! Second replacement and it looks fine. Another issue: AW920K keyboard, one month old. Battery charge lvl incorrectly reported. They will replace
