Recommend a laptop
honestly , I don't recommend gaming on laptops, you will always need a outlet when you play. they are bulky too and the fan sound yucck. If you can slightly increase your budget, Macbook air M5 is a great choice, if you dont want an apple product you can go for ASUS Zenbook S 16 the features : 16 in

iFixit: MacBook Neo Is the Most Repairable MacBook in 14 Years
As an MBA 15 inch (M5) owner I'd even be tempted to get a Neo at that point to take out the house with me I know this would be obscenely wasteful but I love the colours.
