"Build quality risk"? Sure, my M4 MacBook Air 15" is a little more "perfect" but my FW16 HX 370 is awfully nice, certainly nicer than the System76/Clevo Oryx Pro it replaced. The MBP 14-inch also has a higher resolution display than the MBA 15-inch both vertically and horizontally. I’d factor that in as well because even with an inch larger display, I would be able to see more content or “pixel” in a relatively similar display size.

It’s not – I had to get the display on my Air M5 replaced under warranty because of it. The display was misaligned and was hard to open with one finger. I’d take it in to Apple.
