The Apple Watch SE 3 is basically a Series 11 but with an older body and a few missing features. In general, they’re very similar. Personally, if the price isn’t too different, I think the Series 11 is an excellent option because it’s much more comfortable and the screen is much bigger than the SE 3

Yeah. The battery is cooked. There are places that can replace the battery for you. May not be worth it unless you are attached to the watch since it no longer gets updates from Apple. Apple Watch SE 3 are pretty cheap or maybe a preowned from swappa.
